| RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentation materials
- Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and internal coordination
- Help update and maintain databases, records, and simple reports
- Provide support in market research, documentation, and administrative tasks
- Assist in communication between sales and operation teams
- Join team discussions and brainstorming sessions
- Conducting cold calls to potential leads to generate new business opportunities
| REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree student in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
- Good command of English & Mandarin in both verbal and written.
- Active in & like to browse social media.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive learner
- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Able to start immediately would be preferred
