This website, onesearchpro.my, is run by One Search Pro Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 201901026344 (1335673-M)), No. 11-M, 11-1 & 11-2, Jalan Manis 4, Taman Segar, 56100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean One Search Pro.
We handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and its amendments. This policy is also available in Bahasa Malaysia.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and consultation forms: your name, WhatsApp or phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and any message you write.
- Free SEO check form: your name, phone number, email address, your website, the keyword you want to rank for and your preference for a video review.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: anything you share when you message, call or email us.
- Job applications: your CV and any details you send to our HR email address.
With each form submission we also record the page you sent it from and the time you sent it.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, our hosting provider and analytics and advertising tools collect technical data. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site and the links and buttons you click. We use this to understand how the website and our ads perform, not to identify you personally.
How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and give you the quote, audit or consultation you asked for.
- To follow up with you about our services, by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To consider your job application.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To keep the website secure and to block spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for any purpose you would not reasonably expect from the reason you gave it to us.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the website, handle enquiries and measure our ads. They process your data for us, under our instructions, and only for the purposes above:

Transfers outside Malaysia
Several of these providers store data on servers outside Malaysia, mainly in the United States. When we transfer data abroad, we use established providers that protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The website uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel. These use cookies and similar technologies to count visits, see which pages, ads and buttons work, and show our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited the website. You can:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- Turn off personalised Google ads in My Ad Center.
- Change how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
The website still works if you block these cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to follow up, and for as long as you are a client. Job applications are kept until the role is filled, unless you agree to us keeping them for future openings. We keep business and accounting records for as long as Malaysian law requires. After that, we delete the data or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to our CRM and email is limited to staff who need it. If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will tell you and the Personal Data Protection Commissioner as the PDPA requires.
Your rights
Under the PDPA, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct data that is wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- Stop sending you marketing messages.
- Withdraw your consent to us processing your data.
- Send your data to another organisation, where this applies.
Contact us using the details below. We will reply within 21 days. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to provide the service you asked for.
